CONDITIONS OF SALE

Please note the following conditions of sale.  By purchasing tickets online at Medicine Hat Musical Theatre, you agree to the following conditions.

1.  Users purchasing tickets are required to create a membership account on mhmtheatre.com.  All information obtained is kept private and confidential.  Please read our privacy policy for details.

2.  All terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

3.  NO REFUNDS ON TICKETS, SERVICE FEES (if applicable) OR TAXES (if applicable).  All sales are final.  If there is a problem with your purchase, please phone 403-502-3477, and we'll do our best to help you out.

5.  Exchange Policy:  Ticket exchanges are possible, but subject to availability.  Notice in excess of 24 hours must be given before exchanging tickets for another night.  We can not exchange tickets with less than 24 hours notice.  If your requested performance is sold out, we can not honour a ticket exchange for that performance.  For ticket exchange requests, please call Della at 403-502-3477.

6.  After your purchase has been confirmed, an e-ticket will be emailed to you within 24 hours (most often instantaneously as soon as your purchase is confirmed). This e-ticket serves as your official box office ticket. If you do not receive an e-ticket within this time-frame, please contact Medicine Hat Musical Theatre by email at boxoffice@mhmtheatre.com or by phone at 403-502-3477.

7. Tickets may also be purchased in person.  Call Della at 403-502-3477.

8. IMPORTANT!  BUY YOUR TICKETS EARLY!  Our shows have been known to sell out.

9. We understand the importance of your comfort and convenience, and want you to enjoy your show to its fullest.  We will do our best to accommodate any special requests. A number of accessible seating locations are available depending on your specific needs.  If buying online, please indicate any special needs you may have in the COMMENTS section of the checkout window.  IF we can not accommodate your special needs, a refund may be (but is not required to be) authorized at the discretion of the agent.

10. LIMITED RELEASE WAIVER: By redeeming your ticket(s) at the Medicine Hat Musical Theatre, you automatically grant Musical Theatre Playhouse the rights to use your likeness in such formats as (but not limited to) photos, video and audio recordings as members of an audience, or in any other capacity of a non-private nature.  Medicine Hat Musical Theatre assumes unlimited licence to use any image or recordings containing any individual's likeness for promotional or archival purposes with no intention expressed or implied of compensation to the individual.

11.  This agreement is subject to change without warning.  The purchaser is responsible for reviewing this document for any changes prior to purchasing tickets at any time.
 

HOW DOES THE TICKET PURCHASE SYSTEM WORK?

When you decide to purchase your ticket, you will first choose the ticket for your desired night.  Each ticket may have a selection of "Adult" or "Child" (each with a different price-point).  Some shows, however, may be adult-only and will only provide a single option.  These shows may have an age restriction of 18+.  We reserve the right to ask for Identification at all Restricted shows to anyone who does not appear to be over the age of 25.

Once you've selected your night, and ticket type, you may also choose the quantity of THAT ticket type.

Click BUY TICKET.

You will be taken to the Shopping Cart and may review your selection.  If you wish to purchase a different type of ticket, you may click "BUY ANOTHER TICKET.  You will then proceed to the previous ticket-selection ticket, and may buy another ticket for the same night, or anohter night (in some cases, even another show!)

Once you are satisfied with your total ticket selection, click CHECKOUT

You will now be taken to the CHECKOUT page.    At this time you will be required (if you have not already done so), so create a user account on the system.  This will require a valid email address.  You may also choose a user name and password.  We will also require your billing information.  All information provided to mhmtheatre.com is kept STRICTLY confidential.  Please review our privacy policy for details.  At this time you may review the final details of your order.

When you're finally ready to pay for the tickets, click SUBMIT ORDER.
 

PAYPAL

Paypal is the only payment option available, we use this payment system to keep our service fees down.  However, it's important to note, you do NOT need a Paypal membership to buy tickets.  You may use a regular credit card with no obligation.

Once you click SUBMIT ORDER, you will be taken to a secure paypal payment processing system.

MHMTHEATRE.COM DOES NOT RECEIVE, STORE, PROCESS OR ACCESS YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN ANY WAY.  It is processed entirely through the secure Paypal payment gateway system.

Your credit card will be processed, and you will recieve a Paypal payment confirmation in your email.

Within 15 minutes you should recieve (via email) your final ticket.
